Generic Content Schedule

Your office's social media calendar at your fingertips

Welcome to your very own fully controllable social media platform. Whilst the platform will automatically schedule an array of content for you every single week. You can also schedule all your customised and localised content for social media profiles directly through the platform.

When you join the platform, your National Support Office team will set up your profile using a default schedule. This is the option that most offices utilise, as it offers a broad range of content types, along with the most defining feature of the platform, the ability to integrate your listings and open for inspections.

Under the Posts tab, you can manage all scheduled posts on one screen. Generic Content is uploaded and scheduled to your workspace every Sunday for the upcoming week. You can edit or delete these scheduled posts before it gets published as long as you do it before it's scheduled to post. We recommend looking at it every Monday morning to be sure you're happy with what goes out to your page.

The most popular use of Social Express is to automatically schedule and post content to your office's Facebook page.

When signing up for Social Express, this is set up by default, and you will be given our recommended schedule, which will gather content from the National Support Office's generic contents and your CRM.

This content is scheduled for Sunday, and we recommend you check it each Monday to know what is going on that week. You can delete, edit, or add to the schedule under the Posts tab.

Default Content Schedule Example —

*Automation depends on your property listings and when you upload it to your CRM
**Suburb Report will be posted monthly

While the above is the most common and popular schedule, contact support@firstnational.com.au if you want this customised for your office.

Generic Post / Content — Provided by National Support Office every week so your office has fresh content on your social media page, including How-Tos, Tips, and Quotes.

Additional Ideas & Contents

Pin a post to the top of your profile

Pinning posts on Instagram is important because it allows you to highlight key content at the top of your profile. This ensures that your most important or engaging posts are the first things visitors see, helping to make a strong impression and drive more interaction with your brand or message.

Highlighting your contents

Highlighting on Instagram is important because it lets you permanently showcase your best stories on your profile. This feature helps you organize and display key content, such as product updates or testimonials, making it easily accessible to visitors and enhancing your profile’s visual appeal.

Add your links on Instagram

Adding Links to your Instagram profile is essential because it lets you share multiple links from one bio URL, driving traffic to various destinations like your website or store without changing the link frequently.

Linktree

You might already be aware that links can't be added to Instagram captions, so using Linktree to house all your links is great. Sign up to Linktree and place the main URL in your Instagram bio where you can add property links, appraisal form pages, blogs, etc.

Fingertip

An alternative to Linktree would be Fingertip. It is much more visual and has drag-and-drop blocks that are easy to set up. It is free to create a page until July 31st, 2024.
